    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill

on page 1, line 10 by amending the title of the bill to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §33-31-1, §33-31-2, §33-31-6, §33-31-7, §33-31-8, §33-31-10, §33-31-11, §33-31-15, §33-31-16 and §33-31-20 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-31-16a; and to amend and reenact §33-36-2, all relating to captive insurance; providing that certain insurance provisions in chapter thirty-three of this code are applicable to any captive insurance company organized in this state as a risk retention group; revising the definition of “licensed insurer” in the Business Transacted with Producer Controlled Insurer Act; and correcting technical errors.”
